Adult patients are expected to be responsible for their education, careers and financial planning while also managing their health and sometimes a family.
Many members who cannot work rely on government assistance to support themselves and their families. Some struggle to afford the high costs associated with traveling to get to appointments and receive the treatment they need. Others who struggle with their PI cannot afford vital mental health support and other services they need.
This year, we received a higher number of financial requests compared to previous years. Therefore, this Giving Tuesday, November 28th, 2023, we hope that you will help us raise $1000 specifically for individuals in need of our financial assistance program.
100% of donations made towards ImmUnity Canada’s Giving Tuesday fund will go directly to patients in need.
