Over the weekend of April 14-16 over 125 patients, family members, physicians, nurses, and stakeholders gathered in person and another 80 joined us online as we celebrated 25 years of serving the immunodeficiency population in Canada.
We heard expert speakers, and patient stories, made new connections, laughed, cried, and were called to action!
We walked to parliament as a sea of purple (with the odd zebra toque) and toasted achievements at our awards dinner. We asked questions and carved a path forward, but most importantly, we listened.
