CIPO has been advised by Canadian Blood Services that Hizentra Pre-filled Syringe 2g lot number P100047093, has been voluntarily recalled by CSL Behring. Patients are advised to check their lot number on any existing supply in their homes.
This lot has been recalled due to a number of product complaints regarding the appearance of the syringes (gelatinous). If you identify the recalled lot number among your supply, please return all unused product your blood bank.
