This year as CIPO celebrates our 20th Anniversary, we are hosting a gala and honouring some people in our community who helped us along the way. We would like our members to help choose the winners of the first annual Excellence Awards. These awards will be given to members of the PI community who have demonstrated excellence in their fields. Please help by voting for the award recipient.
The CIPO Excellence Awards:
The Excellence in Nursing Award: given to a nurse in recognition for demonstrating excellence in nursing in the field of patient care in primary immunodeficiency. Voted for by the CIPO membership.

The Excellence in Healthcare Award: given to a healthcare professional in recognition for ongoing excellence in the field patient care in primary immunodeficiency

- Dr. Chaim Roifman, Toronto
The Excellence in Volunteering Award: (or Community Spirit Award): given to a member of the CIPO community who displays community spirit and goes above and beyond in a volunteer capacity.
Recipient – Jacques Dagnault
The R. Michael Whelan Award: given to a member of the BC chapter who best represents the values of volunteering and selflessness, advocacy and education, safety and health as shown through its namesake. Voted for by the members of the BC Chapter.
